For repatriation of a dead body, the following documents are needed:

1)    Death Certificate issued in the name of the deceased 

2)    No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the Embassy 

       •    To issue NOC from the Embassy, the following information is needed to forward to the Embassy:

             (1)    Personal information of the deceased (Passport/ Birth Certificate/National Identity card information)

             (2)    Information details of the person receiving the deceased 

                      (a)    Passport/ Birth Certificate/National Identity card information

                      (b)    Relationship with the deceased

                      (c)    Mobile phone number to contact (at least two phone numbers needed)
